A global machinery manufacturer is seeking an ECM/ECU Lead Engineer in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The role involves leading product developments for electronic control modules and managing new product introductions. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's in Engineering and an English conversational level. The position requires strong technical skills, communication, and project management abilities. Willingness to travel 15% domestically and internationally is expected, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday (7am - 4:00pm).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering degree is required.
• English conversational level is required.
• Experience leading NPI projects from launch through gateway 7.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ECM/ECU platforms and lead NPI programs.
• Monitor cost and quality after ECM is launched into production.
• Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with suppliers.
