Placements24, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, seeks a Training and Teacher Development Coordinator to design and deliver professional development for early childhood educators. You will assess needs, develop curricula, and run workshops to empower teachers with effective pedagogy and classroom management strategies.

You'll stay current with educational innovations, collaborate with school leaders and external experts, and coach teachers to raise instructional quality and outcomes for young learners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in teaching or training in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management for young children.
• Experience in curriculum development and adult learning principles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs and skill gaps among early childhood educators through assessments and feedback.
• Design and implement professional development programs and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teaching staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content/delivery accordingly.
• Stay updated with pedagogical innovations and best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with educational leaders/external experts to ensure high-quality content.
• Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance instructional skills.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources for development activities.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment for educators.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the network in Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
