Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Curriculum Development Consultant for Early Childhood Education to provide expert guidance on developing and refining curricula. This hybrid role requires remote and on-site work in Aguascalientes, Mexico, aligning programs with current standards and best practices.

You will collaborate with educational institutions and teams to design innovative, age-appropriate learning experiences and to train educators on implementation and assessment strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Curriculum Development.
• Minimum 5 years in curriculum development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and pedagogy.
• Familiarity with national standards for early years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering training and group facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and with teams remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing curricula and identify improvement areas.
• Design and develop new curriculum frameworks and materials.
• Provide expert consultation on pedagogy and assessment strategies.
