HCLTech is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Director to lead and mentor a team of D365 Consultants, driving successful implementations, customisations, upgrades, and integrations. The PD will manage offshore resources, ensure best practices, and provide expert guidance across project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, oversee quality control, and maintain customer satisfaction with proactive issue resolution and effective communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of Dynamics 365 Project Management, Business Analysis, and/or Technical Lead experience.
• Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum project styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of D365 Consultants and guide offshore team.
• Ensure project success and manage customer escalations.
• Provide proactive delivery governance and process improvements.
• Mentor team with best practices and deliverables.
