Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in La Vista, Nebraska is seeking a dually licensed BCBA and mental health practitioner to deliver outpatient, behaviorally-focused therapy to children and adolescents. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and medical partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, or LICSW AND LBA).
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy to kids and teens.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations.
• Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation.
