A leading transportation manufacturer in Cancún seeks a Driver and Crane Operator to drive trucks and operate cranes within tracks and highways. The successful candidate will ensure the safe transportation of staff and materials, comply with safety procedures, and perform basic repairs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with heavy machinery, excellent communication skills, and a desire for teamwork. This position emphasizes compliance with EHS procedures and safety standards.

Formación

Driver and Crane Operator

Purpose of the Job

To drive trucks with platforms with loads and operating crane within the tracks and highways.

Position in the Organization

Main Responsibilities

In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Staff Transportation Driver performs Staff Transportation, including:

• To assure Railway Safety all the time
• To deliver and handle equipment and materials in time and secure.
• To ensure and compliance with EHS procedures.
• To report any vehicle issue and failures.
• Capable of making simple electrical or mechanical repairs.
• Transfer of material and equipment.
• Operate and handle the crane for lifting materials and equipment.
• Transit Rules Fulfillment
• To deliver custom materials like drum cables and any tool and heavy equipments.
• Fill checklist and documentation delivery.

Educational Requirements

Middle School / High school

Mandatory

• To transport and staff protection during travels
• To deliver staff safe and in time.
• To ensure and compliance of EHS procedures.
• To transport Staff with maximum diligence
• Autonomous, thorough, team worker, curious, quick learner
• Experience working in night shifts and site works

Desirable

• DC3 Certificate as Crane Operator
• Transport Industry
• Railway Industry

Experience

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving heavy machinery.
• Crane Operator
• Capable to understand lifting procedures and use of tables

Desirable:

• Knowledge of EHS on site
• Federal Transportation license driver
