Descripción de la vacante

Una empresa de IT busca un Prestador de Servicios que trabaje de forma remota para llevar a cabo estrategias de reclutamiento y gestión de prospectos. El candidato ideal tiene al menos un año de experiencia en reclutamiento y habilidades sólidas en la gestión de relaciones con candidatos. Se espera que el contratado realice un promedio de 20 llamadas diarias y programe múltiples entrevistas semanales. Se ofrece un salario bruto de hasta $25,000 MXN mensuales.

Formación

  • 1+ años de experiencia comprobada en búsqueda y reclutamiento de candidatos.
  • Capacidad para realizar llamadas de descubrimiento rápidas para calificar candidatos.
  • Experiencia en la programación de entrevistas y coordinación con gerentes.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar a través de LinkedIn e Indeed para establecer citas.
  • Realizar al menos 20 llamadas al día con el objetivo de programar 5 entrevistas.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas y de reclutamiento según asignación.

Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States. The role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico.

Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Salary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross

Role Overview

To be able to prospect through our LinkedIn and Indeed accounts to set up with our phones calendar and CRM to do outreach, have a quick discovery call with prospects to qualify and schedule appointments.

Job description
  • Deliver, organize and track the results from recruiting efforts.
  • You will achieve your objectives by calling, emailing and meeting enough candidates to achieve the recruiting goals of the district.
  • Sending Emails and making at least 20 calls daily with the goal of scheduling and attending 5 interviews per day.
  • Be tasked with follow‑ups and joint meetings between hiring agents or the district manager.
  • Be expected to schedule 5 second interviews per week with the district manager or mentor agency owners from engaged, qualified candidates.
  • You may need to work evenings or weekends occasionally to attend career fairs and hiring events.
  • Support any other tasks assigned by management to support the successful growth of the district.
  • Understand the agency programs, licensing process and value proposition to convey the agency opportunity to qualified candidates effectively.
  • Your work should yield 1 pending agency file per week (passed background) and 1 reserve or protege appointment per month to ultimately drive 2 full time appointments per quarter.
  • Use tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, Ideal Traits, Facebook/Meta, Tik Tok Handshake, Agency Equity, the department of insurance website resources, Farmers agency commission exchange, agency zoom as well as the entire Microsoft business suite.
Skills
  • 1+ years of proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruiting through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
  • Strong outbound outreach skills, including cold calling and email campaigns (20+ calls per day).
  • Ability to conduct quick discovery calls to screen, qualify, and engage candidates.
  • Appointment setting and interview scheduling experience, including coordination with hiring managers and district leadership.
  • Excellent follow‑up, pipeline management, and candidate relationship skills.
  • CRM proficiency for tracking recruiting activity, results, and candidate status.
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting KPIs and performance targets.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating joint meetings and second‑round interviews.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Handshake, and similar systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to understand and communicate agency programs, licensing processes, and value propositions to candidates.
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed for career fairs and hiring events.
  • Ability to support additional administrative and recruiting tasks as assigned by management.
