Henkel is seeking an Accountant - Deductions & Disputes to oversee the payment application process with Accenture (BP) and monitor disputes and deductions through weekly reports, coordinating with the CSS team to issue credit memos.

You will ensure process quality, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with Henkel's standards. The role requires at least 2 years in collections, strong English, and cross‑functional collaboration to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a collections role.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to align with business needs and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with BP Accenture to ensure payment application.
• Reporting on a weekly basis to share status of deductions and disputes.
• Ensure quality management system and efficiencies in the process.
• Continuous communication with CSS to ensure the correct creation of credit notes.
