Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer focusing on e-learning.
• Proficiency with leading e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Spanish language skills and remote-work experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, training modules, and learning materials using various instructional design models and technologies. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure accuracy. Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive and multimedia-rich courses. Ensure all learning content adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and is optimized for various devices. Conduct needs analyses and learning assessments to inform course design and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. Stay current with best practices, trends, and technologies in instructional design and e-learning. Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong focus on e-learning development. Proven expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Proficiency with leading e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Experience creating storyboards, scripts, and assessment items for online courses. Strong understanding of multimedia principles and experience integrating audio, video, and graphics into e-learning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). A portfolio showcasing previous e-learning design work is required.
