Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong brand identity portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience developing comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Strong typography, color theory and layout skills.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication.
• Ability to translate client needs into visual solutions.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and design of corporate branding and identity systems.
• Develop logos, color palettes, typography and brand elements.
• Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Design marketing collateral: brochures, ads, social graphics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand standards and project requirements.
• Balance in-office collaboration with remote work in a hybrid schedule.
