PepsiCo seeks a Disaster Recovery Coordinator/Engineer to govern and execute DR activities for its Global Disaster Recovery Program. The role engages with Infrastructure, Applications, and Sector teams worldwide to enroll DR replication, create DR Plans, and run tests ensuring readiness for disasters.

The candidate will work with Vendors and Managed Service Providers to implement replication, improve DR capabilities, and support governance across multiple sectors in a fast-paced global

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Disaster Recovery methodologies and processes.
• 2+ years of experience managing Disaster Recovery replication methodologies and tools (e.g., VMware SRM, Zerto, ASR).
• 2+ years of experience with IT services technologies including servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid IT architectures.
• Proficiency with network technologies and security concepts.
• SNOW BCM knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement best-in-class DR replication solutions for Cloud, On-premises, or Hybrid environments.
• Manage and improve DR replication solutions according to the Global DR Program and Strategy.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Applications, Sectors, and Enterprise Architecture teams on DR replication, plans, and tests.
• Support and coordinate DR capabilities delivered by the CTO organization.
• Lead DR program activities such as onboarding, documentation of DR Plans, and DR Test exercises.
• Ensure DR tests address gaps and track remediation plans across sectors.
