Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a regional pharmaceutical operations leader to oversee pharmacy services across multiple sites in the northwestern region, with a focus on Culiacán, Sinaloa. This senior role requires strategic thinking and deep expertise in pharmacy management, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead regional teams, optimize budgets, ensure patient safety, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency across facilities, with a path to expand services regionally.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacy license in Mexico.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in pharmacy management, with at least 3 years in regional or multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record in managing pharmacy operations, budgets, and supply chains.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance (COFEPRIS).
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of pharmacy services in regional facilities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, procurement, inventory control, and cost containment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy teams across multiple sites.
• Implement quality assurance programs for patient safety and medication management.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align services with goals.
• Oversee selection and optimization of pharmacy technology and automation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation in the region.
