Vantive is seeking a Marketing Director to define and lead our long-term marketing vision across multiple segments and markets. The role partners with executive leadership to shape priorities, invest in growth, and differentiate our offerings globally.

The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, manage senior marketing leaders, and oversee a comprehensive omnichannel approach to optimize performance and ROI for our digital products and services.

Formación

• BS/BA required with five to eight years experience in marketing.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including managing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching enterprise marketing strategies and driving growth.

As a key member of the leadership team, Vantive is hiring a Marketing Director to define and lead the long-term marketing vision, strategy, and growth agenda across multiple business segments, product portfolios, and markets. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide marketing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, market share expansion, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation. Serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, influencing business priorities, investment decisions, and organizational direction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the multi-year marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and business priorities.
• Drive profitable growth through portfolio management, market expansion, customer segmentation, and commercialization strategies.
• Influence enterprise decision-making through market intelligence, competitive insights, customer analytics, and business forecasting.
• Lead and develop senior marketing leaders and foster a high-performance, inclusive organization.
• Partner with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Finance, R&D, and Operations to shape business strategy and resource allocation.
• Own marketing investment planning and budget management, ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Champion innovation and identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Establish key performance metrics and accountability frameworks to drive business results and continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization with customers, industry associations, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and enterprise-wide marketing transformations.
• Design and execute the comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy (offline & online) aligned with Vantive LAN´s portfolio of digital products and solutions

Qualifications:

• Executive-level strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior executives across functions and geographies.
• Strong financial leadership, including P&L understanding, investment prioritization, and growth planning.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational and commercial transformations.
• Ability to anticipate market shifts and translate insights into competitive advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience building and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong change management and enterprise leadership capabilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• BS/BA required with five to eight years experience in marketing, MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing, commercial, or business leadership experience, including significant experience leading managers and cross-functional organizations. Health-care/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise marketing strategies, driving business growth, managing large budgets, and influencing executive-level decision making.
• Experience leading global and/or multi-market organizations preferred.
• Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing projects.
• Background in strategic planning and business development helpful.
