VaynerMedia Latam busca un Director Creativo Publicitario para liderar proyectos de contenido de alto impacto en México

Trabajará en edición, conceptualización y ejecución de campañas multiplataforma, gestionando equipos y asegurando resultados medibles para la LATAM. Se valora experiencia en edición con Final Cut o After Effects y un portafolio destacado.

Formación

• 2-4 años de experiencia en creación de contenido social como Director Creativo
• Dominio de Final Cut y After Effects
• Conocimiento profundo de plataformas y formatos de contenido
• Portafolio sólido con contenido de alto rendimiento
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y plazos
• Pasión por la cultura, tendencias y storytelling

Responsabilidades

• Crear y editar contenido de alto volumen en plataformas sociales (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Traducir tendencias e insights en contenido de alto rendimiento
• Mentorizar y apoyar a creadores junior
• Contribuir al pensamiento creativo, copy y POVs de contenido
• Aparecer ocasionalmente en contenido cuando sea necesario

We’re looking for a Creator with a strong focus on editing , someone who understands how content performs and how to build for attention across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-volume content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Translate trends, insights, and performance into better content
• Mentor and support junior creators
• Contribute to creative thinking, social copy, and content POVs
• Occasionally appear in content when needed

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social content creation performing as Creative Director
• Strong editing skills ( Final Cut, After Effects, or similar )
• Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant, high-performing content
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines
• Passion for culture, trends, and storytelling
