Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in creative direction or senior production roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record leading creative teams and delivering high-quality audiovisual content.
• Experience directing/producing commercials, digital content, and corporate videos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall creative strategy for audiovisual content production.
• Lead and mentor writers, directors, cinematographers, and editors across projects.
• Oversee the production lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to translate objectives into engaging visual stories.
• Ensure outputs align with brand identity, audience, and project goals.
• Manage budgets/resources and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
