Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Staff Engineer to translate business needs into Digital & Analytics solutions across Biosense Webster, supporting transformation initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure value delivery across projects.

You will help define strategy, manage multiple projects, and promote agile practices, collaborating with technology partners to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.

Formación

• Bachelors in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices.
• PMP certification preferred with project management knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

We are searching for the best talent for Digital Staff Engineer.

Purpose

Digital Engineer is responsible to translate business needs into strategies and executable action plans to deploy innovative Digital & Analytics Solutions across Biosense Webster to support Digital Transformation. It is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to define user requirements and support all project phases to assure value-added solutions for the achievement of business objectives.

This rol will also provide a clear structure for effective change management to drive adoption and value capture from digital initiatives.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

In Addition To Previous Position Responsibilities, This Position

• Supports in the definition and implementation of Digital & Analytics strategy and standards for the overall production systems approach, including roadmap definition.
• Supports definition of objective, scope, methods, benefits and captures stakeholders’ requirements from an identified problem.
• Supports in the evaluation of business cases for portfolio prioritization
• Actively participates in yearly business plan definition.
• Translate business needs into Digital & Analytics Solutions, by implementing the requirements management process to meet customer, stakeholders & IT systems demand.
• Networking and benchmarking within and outside company for emergent technologies and solutions.
• Definition and implementation of best project management methodologies and practices according to project type and needs.
• Cost estimating, timing, cost-benefit, and technical fitment evaluations.
• Manage each project’s scope, cost, resources, and timeline.
• Management of multiple complex projects at the same time
• Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems.
• Coordinates sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Lead each project’s meetings and document agreements.
• Effective and transparent communication towards different levels of the organization on status, results and make risks clear where appropriate
• Create and manage change management plan to engage stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation are up to quality standards (e.g., SDLC, local compliance procedures, etc.).
• Efficiently manage problems and remove team obstacles and propose solutions.
• Work closely with our Johnson & Johnson Technology partners to provide the best solution for the business need and ensure effective and timely closure of their deliverables.
• Promote an agile environment to achieve project objectives.
• Coach and guide team members in Agile frameworks.

Qualifications / Requirements

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred with working knowledge of project management processes & tools.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Scrum Master or product owner certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Job Experience

• From 4-6 years minimum of professional experience is required

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, e.g., Excel and Power Point.
