Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Mexico is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead multiple client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of digital marketing initiatives.

You will work with clients and internal teams, run deliverable plans in Asana, provide status updates, manage risk, and maintain high standards of quality in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PM certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, content, paid social, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and cross-functional teams via Asana and other channels.
• Create and execute deliverable plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide detailed recaps and action items for client calls and internal teams.
• Evaluate new work requests, assign responsibilities, and schedule actions.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and mitigation strategies.
