Carrier is seeking a Digital Factory Support Analyst to ensure stability and performance of CMES applications across Monterrey manufacturing sites. You will be the first point of contact for factory users, handling incident resolution and driving continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge management.

Responsibilities include incident logging, root-cause analysis, system monitoring, and user training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technical documentation and process standardization.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with ticket management systems and incident tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Word, and Visio.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CMES-related incidents across manufacturing sites.
• Log, track, and prioritize incidents while performing initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks affecting production continuity.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Support factory users through training, onboarding, and functional guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incident trends and enhancing system usability.
• Support access governance processes, including user access reviews and audit requirements.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, validation, and system resilience activities.
