YOUR ROLE

We are seeking highly experienced and motivated experts to join our Digital Core Banking team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Fioneer Banking Solutions (formerly SAP Banking Solutions) and a strong background in the financial services sector. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and support of SAP Fioneer Banking modules.

As the new product owner of the former SAP Banking Portfolio, SAP Fioneer is not just continuing the same implementation strategy but is innovating with a real Cloud Mindset, breaking paradigms and changing the rules.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fioneer Banking solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications and system design documents.
• Customize and configure SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking to meet client needs.
• Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Fioneer solutions.
• Deliver end-user training and support post-implementation.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Fioneer and SAP technologies and trends in the banking sector.

YOUR PROFILE :

Bachelor / Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant skills and expertise are prioritized over formal education.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience implementing SAP Fioneer Banking solutions (Loans Management, Deposits Management, Collaterals Management, Payment Engine).

Proven track record of successful Core Banking implementations.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Fioneer's Loans Management, Deposits Management, and related modules.

Technical programming skills (ABAP or other languages).

Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements, especially in the LATAM region.
