Scania México is offering an entry-level hands-on role in Querétaro to learn preventive maintenance and support technicians while ensuring compliance with all safety standards in the workshop.

You will gain practical experience with diesel and gasoline engines, learn Scania products and services, and assist with workflow, tool readiness, and the stamping of work performed toward high-quality service.

This role emphasizes professional development and teamwork within a busy service environment.

Formación

• High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
• One year in a similar position is preferred.
• Diesel and/or gasoline engines knowledge.
• Knowledge of Scania products and services and DOS/DCS/SRS/SHE standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Ensure stamping of the work performed and maintain process flow.
• Communicate when the work is finished and implement improvement proposals.
• Prepare vehicle or component and check availability of tools and parts.
• Perform visual inspections and manage any deviations.
• Finalize stamping and work order; communicate deviations to workshop manager.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.

Educación

High school / technical degree completed
