Job summary

Vishay Israel is looking for a manufacturing operator to join the production team in Colima, Mexico. You will help ensure plans are followed and line outputs remain efficient, while maintaining compliance with EHS and internal work instructions.

Responsibilities include preparing wafers and components, monitoring stock, performing basic machine setup and programming if required, and cooperating with maintenance. You will report any faults to your supervisor and follow all rules.

Qualifications

• Follows internal work instructions and safety rules including EHS.
• Plans and supports unit budgeting and cost control.
• Executes tasks and reports failures promptly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to production plans and line outputs.
• Prepare wafers/components and monitor stock.
• Process components to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance or external service providers.
• Report any failure or dysfunction to supervisor.
