Enroute in Monterrey is seeking an autonomous, highly experienced Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to own CI/CD infrastructure with Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, reducing friction in builds and deployments.

You will write automation scripts (Python/Bash), maintain Groovy libraries, and monitor DORA metrics to continuously elevate engineering productivity while supporting developers in a fast, scalable SDLC.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on Jenkins infra experience.
• Docker containerization expertise.
• Cloud platforms (AWS) proficiency.
• Deep SDLC and CI/CD knowledge.
• Familiar with DORA metrics and improving them.
• Git version control mastery.

Responsabilidades

• Own CI/CD infrastructure end-to-end with Jenkins, Docker, and AWS.
• Optimize containerized environments for reliable builds across local and cloud.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) and Groovy libraries.
• Monitor and report on DORA metrics and remove bottlenecks in delivery.
• Advocate for developer productivity and accelerate safe shipping.
