A leading medical devices company in Tijuana is seeking an experienced engineer to coordinate complex engineering projects from design to implementation. The role involves evaluating engineering techniques to resolve issues and leading phases of engineering work. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience and the ability to serve as an expert resource for other engineers. Job Description :

• Under general direction, responsible for the coordination of complex and multidiscipline engineering projects from design to implementation ensuring on-time completion at an appropriate cost.

Specialist in area of technical expertise, evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to resolve related issues.

Plans, schedules, conducts, and / or coordinates all phases of the engineering work.

Serves as an expert resource for other engineers, appraises technological developments and investigates feasibility of new equipment and techniques.

May lead and train engineers, other professionals, and technicians.

Typically requires more than 5 years of experience.
