Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Wedding Travel Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico. As a Destination Wedding Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating customized travel packages for our clients' destination weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and travel preferences
• Research and recommend suitable destinations, resorts, and activities for clients' weddings
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clients
• Create personalized itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trip
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clients' weddings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on destination weddings
• Extensive knowledge of popular wedding destinations, resorts, and activities
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office
