Job summary

Polaris Industries, Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Desktop Administrator to deliver advanced technical support and endpoint management in an enterprise setting, focusing on SCCM and Intune deployments, patching, and lifecycle activities.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, support VMware virtual desktops, and help document processes while adhering to CAB and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune, including software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Visual Basic, command-line tools, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Experience supporting virtual desktop environments such as VMware
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• Ability to lift equipment weighing more than 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy software using SCCM and Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 incidents, support patch management and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and endpoint management best practices.

As part of the L3 Client Operations team, this role will focus on Tier 3 troubleshooting, software deployment, endpoint administration, and continuous improvement of client technology solutions.
