Maxima Apparel busca un Desarrollador de Producto en la Ciudad de México para apoyar el desarrollo de productos de licencias deportivas y embellecimiento de prendas y headwear. Se trabajará en el desarrollo de arte y especificaciones técnicas, colaborando con equipos de diseño y merchandising.

Se requieren 2–4 años de experiencia en diseño o producción de prendas, dominio de Illustrator y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, orientado al detalle y al trabajo en equipo.

Formación

• 2–4 años de experiencia en diseño, desarrollo o producción de prendas.
• Dominio de Adobe Illustrator.
• Bilingüe en inglés o chino es un plus.
• Conocimiento de la construcción de prendas, telas y adornos.
• Buena gestión del tiempo y capacidad para manejar varios proyectos a la vez.
• Orientación al detalle y alta organización.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con Design Concept y Merchandising para desarrollar productos y arte.
• Asegurar que el arte y los tech packs cumplan con los requisitos de licencias (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA y college).
• Trabajar con Design Ops para entender tareas y calendario dentro del equipo vertical. Mantener arte basado en Illustrator y PLM.

As we continue to expand our portfolio of brands and licenses, we're seeking a passionate and visionary Product Developer to support our Pro Standard (MLB, NFL, NBA, & NCAA Licensed business), pushing our embellished art-intensive apparel and headwear brand to even greater heights.

Your responsibilities will include:

This unique Product Development role works collaboratively to support our Concept Design and Merchandising Teams sharing responsibilities to build product, leveraging your skills from Apparel Design, Technical Design, Product Development, and Product Management. Own portions of the quality checking and execution of artwork to ensure brand and licensor requirements are met (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, & college). Work with Design Ops leadership to understand the tasks required to achieve calendar, workflow, and processes within the vertical team. Support accurate and high-quality Illustrator-based artwork execution and techpacks by reviewing, commenting, and building them when needed. Have an clear understanding of design aesthetic intent for product approval, alerting Design Ops leadership to any discrepancies. Maintain current production libraries of licensor information, league rules, and brand usage. Support the team in ensuring the accuracy or artwork development from initial concept development and through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Supporting the team in cross-functional scalable artwork and branding execution, to ensure brand consistency.

You should have:

• ~2-4 years of experience in apparel product design, development or production.
• ~ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required .
• ~ Bilingual Chinese or English is a plus.
• ~ Product knowledge of apparel construction and production to confidently influence decisions (Garment construction, fabric construction, knowledge of embellishments).
• ~ Demonstrated excellent time-management and prioritization skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• ~ Detail-oriented and organizational skills; ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy.
