Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Verification Engineer in Mexico to verify next-generation DRAM and memory technologies.

You will collaborate with design and verification teams to develop robust verification solutions and support successful product execution. You will build verification environments, automate scripts, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and scheduling while ensuring timing and functionality requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in electronics/related field.
• Understanding CMOS circuits and verification methodologies.
• SystemVerilog/UVM/SVA and verification techniques to measure test completeness.
• Experience with simulation/verification tools such as SpectreFX, Xcelium, Verilog, or similar.
• Experience scripting in Python or Perl.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute verification plans, test scenarios, regressions, and coverage strategies.
• Debug design and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build and enhance verification environments, scripts, and automation solutions.

This role combines verification methodologies, automation, debugging, and AI-assisted engineering approaches to deliver high-quality memory products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute verification plans, test scenarios, regressions, and coverage strategies to validate functionality and timing requirements.Debug design and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.Build and enhance verification environments, scripts, and automation solutions that improve verification efficiency and productivity.Support coverage closure, bug tracking, and verification signoff activities while helping ensure quality and schedule objectives are met.Apply AI-assisted tools and modern automation technologies to streamline verification workflows, accelerate problem-solving, and improve engineering effectiveness.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Understanding of CMOS circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, and digital and/or analog verification methodologies.Working knowledge of SystemVerilog, Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA), and verification techniques used to measure test completeness.Experience using simulation and verification tools such as SpectreFX, Xcelium, Verilog, or similar industry-standard environments.Experience developing scripts or automation solutions using Python, Perl, or similar programming languages.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Cadence and Synopsys verification and design tools.Experience supporting DRAM, memory products, or semiconductor verification environments.Demonstrated debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.Experience collaborating effectively with global engineering teams across multiple disciplines.Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering tools and applying automation technologies to improve engineering productivity and innovation.\"The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
