Jonathan Engineered Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design sheet metal electrical enclosures and 19" server racks using Creo Parametric, and create detailed manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and BOMs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams in Mexico and the United States, support ECOs and product improvements, and ensure designs meet customer requirements and

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Creo Parametric is required.
• Experience designing sheet metal products and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and engineering drawings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability and willingness to travel to Rochester, Minnesota, approximately one to two times per year.

Responsabilidades

• Design custom sheet metal electrical enclosures and 19" server racks using Creo Parametric.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams in both Mexico and the United States.
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and continuous product improvements.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and quality standards.
• Participate in engineering reviews and provide technical support throughout the product development process.
