KabatOne in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer to lead the evolution of our mission-critical mobile apps and web/backend services. You will design, build, and maintain Flutter apps for Android and iOS, and develop backend services with Node.js/Express or NestJS, ensuring performance and reliability across distributed architectures.

The role emphasizes architecture (DDD, Feature-First), state management (Providers, Riverpod), multitenancy, tests, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Flutter experience with solid architecture (DDD, Feature-First) and state management (Providers, Riverpod).
• Backend development with Node.js/TypeScript, Express or NestJS, and BFF pattern.
• Web development with Angular (LTS/current versions) and modern architecture.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB; Redis caching.
• Geolocation, push notifications, and offline connectivity integration.
• Security: JWT authentication, secure storage, REST API design/consumption.
• Git + Jira usage in Scrum environments.
• Responsible use of AI as development aid without compromising code quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of mobile platforms and web/backend components.
• Design and implement Flutter apps for Android and iOS and service-oriented backend.
• Apply architectural best practices (DDD, Feature-First) and advanced state management.
• Configure multi-tenant applications, flavors, environments, and assets.
• Develop and analyze backend services with Node.js/Express/NestJS and modular frontends with Angular.
• Integrate geolocation, maps, storage, push notifications, and REST APIs.
• Ensure code quality with tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
