The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-stack development with blockchain experience, strong React/Vue/Angular frontend skills, and solid Solidity/Web3 knowledge. Remote work within Mexico is supported.

About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge startup revolutionizing the decentralized finance (DeFi) space, is seeking a talented and motivated Desarrollador Full-Stack Blockchain to join their team. This position, based remotely but with collaboration intended for their hub in Tijuana , is perfect for an individual passionate about building innovative financial products on the blockchain. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from designing user interfaces and backend logic to interacting with smart contracts and ensuring seamless integration with blockchain networks. Experience with DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and a strong understanding of web development frameworks are essential. You'll work in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing directly to the development of next-generation financial applications that are accessible and transparent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Build robust and scalable back-end services and APIs.
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems with smart contracts deployed on various blockchains.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for DeFi applications.
• Write efficient and secure smart contracts (e.g., in Solidity) for DeFi protocols.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with advancements in blockchain, DeFi, and web development technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Full-Stack Developer, with demonstrable experience in blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular).
• Solid experience with back-end development (Node.js, Python/Django, Go).
• Experience with Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js) and smart contract interaction.
• Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract development concepts.
• Understanding of DeFi concepts, protocols (e.g., DEXs, lending platforms), and token standards (ERC-20).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
• Proficient with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
