Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and urban planners to ensure projects meet design, budget, and timeline objectives. Navigate the urban planning and zoning approval processes, liaising with local government authorities and community stakeholders in Saltillo . Develop detailed project budgets, financial models, and pro forma analyses to secure funding and ensure project profitability. Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project execution. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for completed projects. Stay abreast of industry trends, innovative development techniques, and urban planning best practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and environmental standards. Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, and community leaders to support development goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a strong emphasis on project management and urban planning principles. Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, zoning regulations, and construction processes. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools. Experience working with local government agencies and navigating the permitting process. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, requiring both on-site presence and remote work. Strong knowledge of the Coahuila real estate market is highly desirable. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
