Job summary

Placements24 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, is seeking a Backend AI Developer to join our client’s team. You will design server-side logic, APIs, and databases to power AI applications with emphasis on reliability and scalability.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in backend development, proficiency in Python (Flask/Django) or Node.js/Java, experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB, REST APIs, and AI/ML model integration. Cloud and Docker experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python (with Flask/Django), Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating ML models is a strong plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
