Corning Incorporated seeks a Program Manager, Manufacturing & New Product Introduction in Reynosa to lead cross-functional programs that drive new product solutions, manufacturing readiness, capacity expansion, and operational performance.

You will coordinate global sites and external partners, translating customer and business priorities into clear execution plans, milestone routes, and risk management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, technology, product development, operations, or project/program management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, manufacturing sites, suppliers, commercial teams, or customers.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, action tracking, and executive level communication.
  • Experience with new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, product quality processes, or related engineering and business processes; experience with manufacturing technology and equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to convert customer, commercial, and technical requirements into clear plans, deliverables, and execution priorities.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, influencing, and relationship building skills, with the ability to gain alignment across functions, regions, and organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead cross-functional manufacturing and new product introduction programs focused on quality, flexibility, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate process, equipment, supplier, and manufacturing readiness activities across technology, engineering, operations, global manufacturing sites, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, action registers, risk assessments, decision logs, and status reports; communicate progress, dependencies, and escalation needs to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Partner with commercial, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, equipment vendors, and customers to align requirements, support business cases, resolve risks, and deliver shared program objectives.

Role Purpose

As a Program Manager, Manufacturing & New Product Introduction , you will lead cross-functional programs supporting new product solutions, manufacturing readiness, capacity expansion, and operational performance. You will coordinate activities across global sites and external partners, ensuring that project plans, technical requirements, resources, milestones, and risks are aligned. Your work will help translate customer and business priorities into effective execution while enabling timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
