MezTal is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. You will develop, implement, and optimize advanced analytics and ML solutions supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will design data pipelines, perform EDA, feature engineering, and build predictive models using Python, R, or Scala. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into business actions while leveraging Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and programming skills (Python, R, or Scala).
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proven track record in data science and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Conduct feature engineering, data preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
• Evaluate model performance and improve analytical solutions.
• Translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines with Databricks.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Monitor data quality and integrity across pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build reliable solutions.
• Work with Spark and cloud platforms for big data processing.
• Utilize Azure services and ADL/ADF for data ingestion and analytics.
