Pfizer Mexico City is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead analytics for the North America commercial organization. You will work with senior stakeholders in the CMO group to translate data into actionable insights and guide decision-making.
This role requires hands-on coding in Python and R, experience with ML frameworks, and a track record of delivering analytics in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Hybrid work with 2-3 days at the office.
Work Location Assignment: Mexico City, must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

As a Data Science Manager, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, and help drive data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. In your day to day, you’ll be challenged to utilize advanced analytic techniques to address key business questions, provide valuable insights on performance and customer understanding to enable major decision-making for the North America commercial organization. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, will demonstrate strong communication and consulting skills and will have hands-on experience working with and analyzing large datasets.
