This role will focus on implementing an AI-powered data quality framework that enhances trust, accuracy, and consistency across domains such as Horizontal and Vertical business functions and Products. In addition to owning the data quality strategy, this individual will also manage vendor relationships, partner with BU and Product teams, and align closely with Data Teams, Analytics, Engineering, and Platform to drive data quality operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM, Sales Ops, Product, MDM, and Platform and Product Engineering teams to operationalize quality at the source and support trusted data pipelines.
  • Act as both strategist and execution lead: balancing vision, hands‑on delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI/ML-powered data quality and observability tools; lead build‑vs‑buy decisions and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and enforce data quality SLAs and KPIs; define and measure the business impact of quality issues and improvements.
  • Lead cross‑functional remediation efforts and root cause analysis across multiple domains and systems.
  • Stay ahead of data quality trends and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); integrate best practices into Trimble’s Trusted Data Framework.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in data governance, data quality, or information management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering data quality initiatives within Sales, Marketing, or GTM systems (e.g., CRM, RevOps).
  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities such as anomaly detection, fuzzy matching, and NLP‑based classification in data quality use cases.
  • Proven success leading build‑vs‑buy decisions for data quality or observability platforms (e.g., Ataccama, Monte Carlo, Informatica, Talend).
  • Hands‑on knowledge of data catalog and MDM integrations, as well as common reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong SQL and/or Python skills to lead technical root cause analysis and enrichment workflows.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced, and matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and coaching ability.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience aligning data quality with AI/ML model readiness, governance, and observability.
