PALO IT is hiring a Data Analyst in CDMX to ensure data quality and provide actionable insights for clients in a technology consultancy with 400+ experts across nine countries. You will work hybrid in CDMX, collaborating with cross-functional teams to clean, validate, and transform data sources into trusted dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate business questions into data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven background as Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with BI reporting/visualization experience.
• 2–4 years of data analysis or related experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data quality and assess vehicle identifier accuracy.
• Engage with clients to understand identifier usage and requirements.
• Plan remediation with tailored actions and responsibilities.
• Execute corrections or support clients and Source Owner.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards to monitor indicators.
• Validate corrections and document outstanding exceptions.
