Kyndryl in Monterrey hires a Data & Platform Analyst to enable data-driven decision making across its global real estate and data center portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of data platform management, enterprise reporting, and data integration, ensuring portfolio data is accurate, governed, and connected across systems.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support data platform stability, quality, and improvements of the RDC data platform.
• Maintain the Portfolio Master Database as the authoritative data source.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for portfolio management and performance.
• Develop data pipelines and mappings to ensure consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Provide reliable data insights for executive and operational reporting.

The Data & Platform Analyst enables data-driven decision making across Kyndryl’s global real estate and data center portfolio, supporting both operational execution and strategic initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of data platform management, enterprise reporting, and data integration, ensuring that portfolio data is accurate, governed, and connected across systems.

The analyst will support the Data Hub and Portfolio Master Database as the single source of truth, integrating data from multiple platforms and delivering insights that drive portfolio optimization, financial performance, and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform & Data Quality

• Support the stability, integrity, and continuous enhancement of the RDC data platform and master datasets.
• Maintain the Portfolio Master Database as the authoritative source of portfolio data.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Partner with regional teams and data owners to validate and maintain high-quality data inputs.

Data Integration & Multi-Platform Connectivity

• Integrate and consolidate data across multiple source systems (e.g., lease administration, finance, FM tools, spreadsheets, and external data sources).
• Design and manage data transformations and mappings to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Support the development of data pipelines and automated data flows into the central platform.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems, ensuring alignment with the source of truth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve system connectivity and data interoperability.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting portfolio management and operational performance.
• Build scalable data models and visualizations that support leadership reporting and decision making.
• Translate business requirements into automated, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Improve the performance, usability, and reliability of reporting tools used by global teams.
• Support executive and operational reporting cycles by providing reliable, consistent data insights.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure portfolio data reflects current operations, investments, and site changes.
• Provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and trends to support informed decision making.

Data Governance & Process Improvement

• Contribute to defining data standards, definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Strengthen data ownership, validation processes, and accountability across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, validation, and reporting workflows.
• Support cross-functional initiatives requiring accurate and structured portfolio data (e.g., finance, delivery, sustainability)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
• Strong experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple sources.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and reconcile data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, and data transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

• Experience working with multiple enterprise systems and integrating cross-functional data sources.
