Ingeniosi is seeking a Manager of Data Governance & Risk to lead governance, risk assessment and data quality programs across the enterprise. You will partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Information Security and business teams to ensure reliable, governed data and informed decision making.

We are looking for a Manager – Data Governance & Risk to lead initiatives that strengthen how data is governed, managed and used across the organization while enabling informed, risk‑based decision making.
This role sits at the intersection of Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality and Risk Management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience governing enterprise data and solid practical experience identifying risks, evaluating controls and recommending mitigation actions related to data, information or business processes.
The role requires a solid understanding of modern data platforms, Big Data environments, data pipelines and analytics, but it is not a pure Data Engineering or software development position.
You will partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Information Security, Risk and Business teams to ensure data is reliable, properly governed and managed in accordance with risk, control and compliance expectations.
Practical exposure or strong working knowledge of one or more modern enterprise data platforms such as:
The candidate is not necessarily expected to develop production pipelines as a core responsibility, but should understand how data pipelines, ETL/ELT, integration and large‑scale data processing work, and should have practical exposure beyond dashboards and visualization.
We are particularly interested in candidates coming from Data Governance, Data Management, Data Office, Data Quality or Data Analytics teams who have worked closely with Risk, Controls, Compliance, Audit or Information Security, or Risk/GRC professionals with strong practical exposure to Big Data, data pipelines and enterprise data environments.
Experience in risk may come from Data Risk, IT Risk, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk or Financial Risk. A traditional Cyber GRC background is not required.
The strongest candidates will be able to demonstrate how they have connected Data and Risk in real projects—for example, using enterprise data to identify, analyze, monitor or mitigate risks.
