Job summary

Tekshapers seeks a data engineering professional skilled in Databricks Lakehouse on AWS to centralize data across in-house systems in Mexico. You will work with PySpark, Delta/medallion architecture, and data modeling fundamentals to support enrollment and case workflows.

Experience with Amazon Connect, EPS, or CRM platforms is highly valued, along with the ability to design ERDs, understand join cardinalities, and perform unit tests after development.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse on AWS and Delta/medallion architecture.
• Strong PySpark and AWS ecosystem experience (S3, Delta Lake).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Amazon Connect, EPS, or enrollment/case systems.
• Ability to read ERDs and understand baseline grain and join cardinality.
• Capable of writing and running unit tests after development.

Job Description:

Must have:

• Databricks Lakehouse
• AWS
• Pyspark
• CRM (Amazon connect, EPS)
• Will be based on the Databricks Lakehouse medallion architecture, supporting data centralization across our in-house systems.
• It would be a big plus if the candidates have worked with Amazon Connect, EPS, or any CRM used for enrollment and case.
• They must be able to understand ERDs and fundamental data modeling concepts, such as baseline grain or join cardinality.
• Additionally, they must be capable of conducting their own unit tests after development.
• AWS connect, contact lens and bedrock experienced engineers? 2-3 year's experience will suffice in this space.
• They should have hands-on experience with Databricks on AWS (S3, PySpark, Delta/medallion).
