A leading tech solutions company is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to empower clients in LATAM through data-driven insights. You will manage key client portfolios, fostering relationships and driving customer success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. This role offers the opportunity to shape client strategies and collaborate with innovative teams to deliver exceptional value.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS environments and the Retail industry.

Responsabilidades

  • Own a portfolio of key LATAM clients, guiding them from onboarding to becoming power users.
  • Dive deep into data and demonstrate the value our solutions bring.
  • Lead engaging business reviews and develop strategies for client success.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
