Job summary

Bosch México is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analyst to support supplier performance monitoring, risk identification, and data-driven decision making. You will help track commitments, availability, and potential shortages, working with Procurement, Planning, and Operations to improve material availability and supplier efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of activities and process improvements.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance by tracking delivery commitments and adherence to schedules.
• Review inventory, forecast, and planning data to identify shortages and risks.
• Track purchase orders and supplier commitments to flag supply chain exceptions.
• Support maintenance of supplier data and commitments for critical materials.
• Use planning and visibility tools to monitor supplier behavior and demand trends.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuity of supply.
• Contribute to process improvements in data quality and supplier follow-up.
