Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in customer success or digital marketing and possess strong analytical skills. This role requires fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree. The position is on-site five days a week, with some travel to the US required.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience in customer success, program management, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in a Customer Success platform or marketing automation tools is required.
• Experience in creating and launching programs that drive customer success outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the digital customer engagement strategy and automate customer onboarding.
• Design and execute scalable customer support programs.
• Utilize analytics tools to track customer health and measure outreach impact.
