What awaits you?

Our mission is to manage the entire lifecycle of production data—from sourcing and quality control to advanced analytics and the deployment of visualization tools.

• Take ownership of creating data models tailored to departmental needs, including generating detailed reports and designing dashboards to support internal customers and management requests.
• Ensure adherence to the prescribed data quality standards within the TEM. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to poor data quality originating from equipment and process data sources.
• Lead the definition and development of Generative AI use cases, driving their ongoing advancement and implementation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities within process data and developing predictive analytics tools.
• Serve as the primary network interface for the Battery Module Production Center on all data analysis matters. Provide data analytics training to local employees and facilitate the integration of lessons learned and best practices.
• Act as the Key User for Shopfloor Quality Analytics and GEN6 Cloud Analytics. Lead data analysis meetings and ensure alignment on data security with relevant departments.

What should you bring along?

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with a solid background in data science, automation, and automotive manufacturing.

• Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of production systems within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in optimization and efficiency projects.
• Experience in developing data pipelines and AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams with a structured approach.
• Business English.
