About the role:As a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Intern within the Consumer & Market Knowledge team, you will act as an internal business strategy consultant, ensuring consumer and shopper insights drive business decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Management, Finance, and Sales teams to identify new growth opportunities, combining analytical and interpersonal skills to influence key business partners.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Analyze consumer and market data to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to support business strategy development
• Present research findings clearly to influence decision-making
• Assist in designing and conducting in-depth consumer research
• Support the continuous learning and exchange of knowledge within the Consumer & Market Knowledge team

About the Role

Nuestro cliente está buscando un Analista de Datos y Business Intelligence talentoso y curioso para unirse a su equipo de forma remota. Este rol es fundamental para transformar grandes volúmenes de datos en información valiosa que impulse la toma de decisiones estratégicas en toda la organización. Serás responsable de desarrollar dashboards, generar informes y realizar análisis predictivos para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora, contribuyendo a una cultura basada en datos y a la optimización de procesos y resultados de negocio a nivel global, aprovechando al máximo las herramientas de BI y análisis disponibles.

Key Responsibilities

• Extraer, limpiar y transformar datos de diversas fuentes para su análisis.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards interactivos y reportes utilizando herramientas de Business Intelligence (ej. Power BI, Tableau).
• Realizar análisis exploratorios de datos para identificar patrones, tendencias y anomalías que proporcionen insights de negocio.
• Colaborar con los equipos de producto, marketing y operaciones para definir métricas clave (KPIs) y diseñar soluciones de reporting.
• Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones de manera clara y concisa a stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías y metodologías en análisis de datos y Business Intelligence.
