Klar in Mexico City is seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing data team. This full-time role blends data maintenance, reporting and automation to empower LATAM AI initiatives and improve decision making across the business.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in the office) with Python, SQL and ML techniques to deliver scalable models, insights and automation, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2+ years of Python programming experience.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Experience in Machine Learning, LLM, Gen AI is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Data maintenance with high data quality and integrity.
• Produce data analysis reports for monitoring KPIs and strategic decisions.
• Develop automation and infrastructure to improve growth metrics monitoring.
• Clearly present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.

What you can expect:

• Help us build the most advanced AI able organization in LATAM
• Data maintenance: Maintain high data quality and integrity through regular audits, efficient data management, and robust validation processes.
• Reporting: Produce data analysis reports for monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators, aiding strategic decision-making.
• Automate Processes: Focus on process automation and infrastructure development to enhance the efficiency of growth metrics monitoring.
• Communication: Clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree on: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Engineer, Mechatronics engineer, Computational engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience with Python programming language
• 1+ years of experience with SQL
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Intermediate - Advanced English level
• Experience in Machine learning, LLM, Gen AI is a nice to have
