Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of the dairy segment to support customer innovation and develop optimized dairy formulations aligned with industrial standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers and provide technical support and troubleshooting for dairy production processes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and trainees, fostering technical growth and collaboration, and ensure customer satisfaction through precise formulation and application excellence.

Qualifications

• MSc with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years in Dairy industry applications or a related field.
• Strong expertise in dairy production processes, formulations, and quality parameters, and experience working with cultures and enzymes in dairy manufacturing.
• Familiarity with our dairy solutions portfolio and excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish with intermediate English proficiency and strong communication and presentation abilities.
