Datwyler is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist in Querétaro, Mexico to strengthen our security program across global projects and teams. You will work with third party suppliers and local staff to identify gaps, design secure solutions and guide incident response.

We require 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale networks, certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CEH or Security+. You will evaluate risks, participate in phishing tests and document security processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale networks as a security engineer.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.

Cybersecurity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work close with third party suppliers and local teams
• Constantly search for Cyber security gaps and improvements
• Represent security area for all projects, make decision on possible security solution, design for them
• Incident, problem and change request handling
• Learn Datwyler security tools and improve their value
• Run PoC for various Cyber Security tools to strengthen overall cyber security for company
• Work on documentation, user manuals to support team members and Datwyler employees
• Evaluate security risk for any new applications to be implemented for Datwyler use
• Participate in penetration tests

Profile

• At least 5 years on hands experience in large scale networks as security engineer
• Security area related Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or CompTIA Security+
• Proficiency with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption technologies, cloud security)
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various teams and explain technical security matters to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong knowledge in email security
