About the Role

We're looking for a Cybersecurity IAM Analyst to help strengthen NOV's global identity and access security.

You’ll play a key role in managing and improving IAM operations, supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and enforcing Zero Trust and least privilege principles across our global enterprise.

This is a hands‑on role – ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, automating workflows, and ensuring that user access is secure, efficient, and compliant.

If you're detail-oriented, technically sharp, and motivated to make an impact in the cybersecurity space, this is your opportunity to join a world‑class team driving tomorrow's security.

What You'll Do
  • Process IAM requests for provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, and access exceptions across Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM.
  • Support and troubleshoot SSO integrations using ADFS, Azure AD, Okta, and custom SAML/OAuth configurations.
  • Validate authentication flows and assist with onboarding new applications to federation platforms.
  • Apply an automation‑first mindset, leveraging scripting or AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Conduct access reviews and entitlement audits under frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX.
  • Investigate anomalies in user access, group assignments, and account lifecycle events (JML).Document IAM processes, workflows, and decisions to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Security Engineering, IT, and HR teams to align identity practices with business needs.
  • Support audit remediation and assist with evidence collection for compliance activities.
  • Perform other IAM‑related duties as assigned by the cybersecurity leadership team.
What You Bring
  • Fluent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, and WS‑Federation.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and federation platforms such as ADFS.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management, IT operations, or cybersecurity support.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell (or a similar scripting language) for automation and reporting.
  • Process‑oriented mindset with strong attention to compliance and governance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Okta Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOX.
  • Familiarity with AI or LLM‑based tools for workflow automation or identity investigation/reporting.
Why NOV?

Join a global team where innovation, collaboration, and security excellence come together to protect critical systems and enable safe digital transformation.
