A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking a Customs Operations Lead to oversee import and export activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with Mexican customs laws and optimizing supply chain processes. Candidates should have a B.A. in International Business or related fields and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Lead and manage all import and export activities at the site (including both Rosemount and Asco operations), ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, supplies, finished goods, and capital equipment. Drive compliance with all applicable Mexican customs, tax and Emerson regulations, while optimizing trade processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure business continuity.
